Result of IPTA appeal applications out today

KUALA LUMPUR: The result of the appeal applications by Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) students, and the equivalent, for admission to public institutions of higher learning (IPTA) for the 2011/2012 academic session will be out at noon today.

The applicants can check the result at the Higher Education Ministry’s website at www.upu.mohe.gov.my or at the websites of the universities concerned.
The ministry, in a statement issued here yesterday, said that the successful candidates could print the offer letter through the website of the respective IPTA from tomorrow.
It also said that all decisions were final and those who did not receive the offers by July 3 were deemed to have failed in their appeals.
